I have no real idea but i thinki it helps me to roughen up a little bit make me learn about looking after myself eriously. also i am open to experiances taht are not created by myself rather comes up to me naturally. also i dont believe therapy has any effect if we take it so seriously . like its not a science so taking therapy seriously means trying to take alcohol seriously, ofcourse it helps to give that feeling that problems are gone but they are not. simialrly therapy tends to give that floating effect ,sliding throgh issues like small budha and yeah sometimes it helps ,disconect a lot just throw away all this worldy demands uponme but can i live like that forever?
